First of two Winx posts I'm making today. Now that the first ep has aired, here's a list of predictions and wishful thinking.

- The first transformations of the 3rd season, and they're all "base" power transformations. I'd like to see some Charmix transformations sometime. Especially for Bloom. She's WAAAAY behind on her Charmix use, surprising considering she was the first to get hers. She still hasn't had a solo Charmix transformation (everyone ELSE has had at least one), and we still have no idea what kinds of attacks she can now that she has her Charmix.
- Another thing I'd love to see: convergence. Just because!
- Given that Alfea and Beta are obviously rivals, it's almost a certainty that they'll have to work together to vanquish Baltor eventually. But I'm wondering if they'll actually be shown working together... (still remembers when all three schools were supposedly working together to fend Alfea from the Trix, and only RF and Alfea were shown)
- And speaking of the Trix, Bloom hasn't beaten the Trix one-on-three in AGES. Since then, the Trix ganged up on her and took the dragonfire, she didn't face all three in the S1 finale (which I bet some will cite as the only reason she won), and then she got blinded at the heart of Cloud Tower the next season. I'd like to see her pull this off again...
- ...preferably with her ultra dragonfire powers, which were AWOL the whole of last season. It's why Icy knew Bloom had the dragonfire to begin with, so why not have some here?
