The Amazing Race Asia: Memories

spiderbraidsLast week was a special Memories episode of The Amazing Race Asia. A logo in the corner constantly reminded us it was filmed in HD. It's nice if you actually HAD an HD set and signal, but to us SD viewers, it was pretty much a widescreen Very Special Episode of TARA.
Highligts: No real big ones, actually. It's mostly a travelogue of the destinations they went to (leaving out Singapore... I mean, they washed a car and ran to a fountain there. Not much to talk about!), with a few behind-the-scenes shots of the crew interspersed throughout, with interviews of the racers and what they thought about the destinations. Oh yeah, they also mention Bintan Resort as their Sequester City (incidentally, they were also a sponsor). There'll be a new season, according to host Allan Wu.
As for Treasure Hunters, last week's ep got re-aired. Must have been a mistake.
