On the witches' side, Icy's Ice Dragon (1x20). That thing forced the RF boys to evacuate over to Alfea and eventually replace their school altogether. Was kinda hoping that it'd play a role in the final battle in S1 (or at least the Nick remake of it) :-\
On the fairies' side, Tecna's Magnetic Storm (from the first movie's opening battle), with honorable mentions going to the Sirenix kicking spells, and Tecna's Techno Punch (5x21).
