This week, New Delhi. Plus, a bonus review.

1. So, we head to New Delhi by train, but first, everyone has to pick up their clue from Allan at the TAR7 TBC leg redux. M&M already seem to have caught on to the lack of pitstop by the time they reach the mat...
2. Train station. Another gem with M&M looking for a Dunkin' Donuts. (SERIOUSLY!)
3. Your detour this leg: Drag donkeys carrying onions or carry sacks of dried chillis. The dried chillis made some contestants a bit unwell. I don't blame them, since dried chilli can burn.
4. Roadblock: Who wants to do farm work? In this case, making dung cakes. Gem from Andy and Laura, Andy telling Laura to slap it like it were Francesca's face. Also, Zabrina and Joe Jer making lots of cakes quickly.
5. Speaking of Francesca, SanFran (it was only a matter of time before someone called them that) yielded Andy and Laura and eventually finished first (and won a trip from Air Asia). Andy and Laura were eliminated, although it wasn't due to the Yield itself, as A/L were first to the roadblock. Stolen taxi karma, anyone? It should be noted that SanFran were actually last at the end of the previous "leg", and Andy and Laura were first.
6. At the Yield, Andy and Laura drew all over SanFran's pic a la Romber TAR7, while blahing about how they thought SanFran were weak. Well, look who finished first, bucko!

Bonus review. I saw an ep of Treasure Hunters this past Sunday, and let me tell you: It's trying too hard to be The Amazing Race, with extra-hard clues (although some say that this "inspired" TAR10 to have actual clues). The ep covered from two sets of 5 teams converging in Lincoln (don't ask), to the elimination of the first team. Thoughts:
1. The geniuses overthought their clue and thought they were going to Mount Theodore Roosevelt. And then they don't even figure out that their reflective cylinder could clue them in to their real destination (Mount Rushmore, which everyone else figured out quickly... nice touch with "Last Place" turning into "First Place"). These are "geniuses"?
2. WTF is up with Genworth Financial photoshopping their slogan onto a roadsign? This is only one step up from an explicit sponsor bumper.
3. Whee, watch the Hanlons look in trash cans and stuff!
4. The host? Trying too hard to be like Phil. Phil's got an accent. Laird doesn't. It's just plain wooden.

Meh so far.
