See what I mean? Except that back then, Charlie Brown took the blame out on himself, like everyone else. (Lucy Van Pelt pulls the football in a homecoming game in the Peanuts special It's Your First Kiss, Charlie Brown... it's the final play of a 21-20 loss, and instead of blaming Lucy, Charlie feels so bad about missing such a short FG not unlike Gramatica's, and Peppermint Patty and Lucy herself later bring out the hate on him at a party)

The first pic is from the Dallas-Seattle game a few weeks ago, BTW...
