So, Tecna earns her Enchantix on Andros/Tides. Unfortunately, she falls down a chasm just minutes later. YIPES!!!

But the question is, I thought that she's supposed to save someone from her own realm??? (3x08 even opened with the other fairies being all, "No one home for you to save, no Enchantix for you!!") It doesn't look like anyone from her realm is there. (And how come suddenly, everyone's sacrifice is just putting themselves in the line of fire? Even if it was predictable, Layla's sacrifice was at least different.)

It also bugs that Stella, Musa and now Tecna have both earned their Enchantixes away from their home realm (with only Stella's realm having been actually visited so far). What, do the animators just not want to finally give us a look at Tecna's realm (like they do for Flora)?

I bet the second Musa (and/or Tecna) gets her Enchantix, the winx_club episode summary thread will be flooding with comments about how we won't get to see her home realm. Okay, it's exaggerating (especially since in Tecna's case it'll probably fight for space with "WHAT A 'HANGER!"), but still...

Well, Musa saved Galactea, who is a princess from her realm. At least Gal is from the damn realm. I feel cheated we see nothing from Tecna's realm. I'd love to see how they would merge the world of fae with the digital age.

It's bad writing, plain and simple. "You can only get your Enchantix by saving someone from your own realm." And now this shit. Fucking stupid writers.

The newer sacrifices aren't interesting. Stella's sacrifice was well-done and despite its predictability, so was Layla's, especially in comparison with the repetition of the new ones. I think Stella's should have been the only life sacrifice. I'm not sure how Tec's, Musa's and Flora's went exactly, since I refuse to watch the episodes by stealing. Musa's would have been better if she had to give up her voice, since that's so key to her potential musical career. And it would have shut her up for an episode or two.

We've seen Musa's realm a little bit in her flashbacks, so it's not like we've never seen it. I'm not disappointed by that. It's more interesting to see Galatea in fairy form. Tec's now the only girl we haven't seen a home for. But it's not like we had to go to the realm to see the characters rescue someone. They have to rescue someone from their realm, not necessarily travel there.

I sincerely hope people are not going to go on about Tecna's cliffhanger in the community. I will have to choke some bitches. Tecna's appearing in the fucking movie. She's not going to die.

It's right up there with "The Winx don't get drained of their powers" (2x25-26) and "The student witches don't help the fairies fight the Trix" (2x18).

From what I gather, Tec plugs up the portal on Andros/Tides, while Flora drowns in a river on Linphea/Marigold to save her little sister. Not sure about Musa, though, but Baltor-posessed witches attack Alfea in that one.

Musa's would have been better if she had to give up her voice, since that's so key to her potential musical career. And it would have shut her up for an episode or two.

But how would one go about having Musa give up her voice? Maybe have her step in front of a witch attack meant to rob Gally of her voice or something? But then you'd have to explain why they'd rob anyone of her voice...

Tec's now the only girl we haven't seen a home for. But it's not like we had to go to the realm to see the characters rescue someone. They have to rescue someone from their realm, not necessarily travel there.

But it's clear that she doesn't do either, unless by plugging up the portal, she somehow prevents Baltor from going to Zenith/the Binary Realm. And that would be a severe case of copoutitis if that were the case.

I guess even the animators couldn't figure out how to reconcile all things fairy with all things digital.

Another thing that worries me is that in most cases, the character getting her Enchantix doesn't also get the center of the episode. 3x06 was a team effort to free Ligea from her daughter's cowardice, 3x08 was all about Bloom's heart getting broken, and I can't see Musa starring in an episode about the witches' attack (hello, team effort!), and Tecna is so totally not the star of 3x13 (hello, more team effort!). That leaves just Flora and Bloom. Bloom obviously has to star in her Enchantix episode (since she's the center of the whole series), while Flora is a definite maybe.

I sincerely hope people are not going to go on about Tecna's cliffhanger in the community. I will have to choke some bitches.

I believe Musa saves Galatea, but I'm not sure how.

As for Musa's voice, a few ideas:
-They cast a voice-stealing spell to shut up someone who is screaming and Musa takes the hit instead.
-Somehow a voice is a required sacrifice for something magical that the girls need to do.
-Icy's got a big headache and needs everyone to STFU.
-I could come up with something better if I wasn't fucking exhausted from work.

It doesn't matter how they did it. It simply would be more interesting. (Why are you always this anal?)

I'm not saying Tec should have gotten her Enchantix the way she did. My comment about not having to be in your home realm to get it was just that. Saying that the girls don't have to be in their home realms to save someone from said home realm.
