First vid in a long time from me. Here's a mini-comparison from 3x05, to tie in with my summary of the episode.

Probably Darcy's most humiliating moment, no? :-)

I'm going to do something new with my transcript, and write the dialog as two separate blocks.

Bloom	You'd think by now you know how things end when the Trix meet the Winx.	You'd think you'd understand the balance of power by now Icy!
	(Bloom connects with her fireball)
	(Start of Icy's fall)
Flora	Hey, whattaya say we play a trick on the Trix, girls?
Musa	That oughta keep them busy.
Layla	And my magic and I will do the rest.
	(Cut to Bloom flying)
Bloom	Alright, I've neutralized Icy, (Tecna enters frame) for now at least.	Whenever you face us (cut to Icy before Tec enters frame) you lose.
Tecna	Yes, but I think she won't be long to recover. Right now you got to help us with the plan. (Musa enters frame) Musa, are you ready?
Musa	Alright, I'm going to take care of Stormy.
Darcy	Come here you dorky teenyboppers, I want to show you something!
	(Musa dodges Darcy's attacks, and shoots her own counter attacks)
	(Cut back to Icy's fall, where she creates a "lily pad" with her powers, then back to Layla flying up behind Darcy and Stormy)
Layla	We may be dorky teenyboppers... but you're just wannabes who'll never learn from their mistakes!	You've caused enough damage to Tides. You're going back to Omega!
	(Layla shackles the two with Morphix)
		Stormy: This should be easy to break.
	(The two fly apart, but only end up getting themselves all tied up in the Morphix shackle. The girls high five)
	Musa: Good teamwork, guys!	Bloom: Group 'five!
	(Cut back to Icy on her lily pad, then the two)
Darcy	STOP PUSHING!
Stormy	YOU stop pulling, c'mon!	Hey, you stop pulling...
	(Cut back to Icy seeing this on her lily pad)
Icy	Curse the Winx. They humiliated us in front of Valtor, but THEY'LL REGRET IT.	I'm NOT going to get beat in front of Baltor. It's NOT going to happen!
